Russo Development, already one of the most active industrial landlords in the region, is always looking to expand its portfolio of premiere real estate holdings. We seek to acquire vacant land, existing buildings suitable for value-added redevelopment, and/or properties that can be repositioned for a higher and better use. Our preferred markets are New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and we are also targeting markets in Connecticut, Delaware and Maryland.

Criteria
Objective To acquire vacant land, existing buildings suitable for value-add redevelopment, and/or repositioning properties for a higher and better use within the Preferred Markets defined below Property Types Industrial, Residential, Mixed Use, Technology, Office Uses. We are a diversified development company that will consider all property types Environmental Restrictions None Property Size • 2 acres to 500 acres • Minimum 2 acres for urban infill locations • Minimum 5 acres for suburban locations • Minimum 50 acres for rural locations Transaction Size $3 to $75 Million Target Markets Northeast United States including: New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Delaware Preferred Markets • New Jersey Counties include: Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Essex, Passaic, Somerset, Union, and Middlesex • New York Counties include: Rockland, Orange, and Westchester • Pennsylvania Eastern counties including: Lehigh, Northhampton, Monroe, Bucks, Pike, Wayne, and Carbon Preferred Deal Structure All cash transactions with a short due diligence period or development approval period Capital Source Private capital provided by members of the Russo family |
