Following an industrial offering termed “aggressively contested,” Cushman & Wakefield has completed the sale of Russo Development’s 135,115-square-foot 680 Belleville Turnpike in Kearny. The property is 100 percent net leased to Pepsi, which utilizes the site as its Northern New Jersey distribution center.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group (CMG) team of Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Brian Whitmer and Kyle Schmidt collaborated with Russo Development’s senior vice president – Acquisitions, Omer Mir Ahmed, to represent the seller. The CMG team also procured the buyer, TIAA-CREF, represented by Henry Dong, senior director.
