Current projects include Saw Mill Park a 50,000-sf industrial redevelopment of a former landfill in Hudson County; the 396,000-sf Brookline Corporate Center in Bergen County; 50 Madison, a 116,000-sf flex building in Passaic County; Meadowlands Park, a 550,000-sf flex project in Bergen County; and 360 Chestnut, a 70,000-sf office building in Bergen County. The most significant deal in the past year was Pepsi Building's 136,000-sf build-to-suit lease at Saw Mill Park in Kearny. The park was developed and once-contaminated brownfield fully remediated by Russo Development.
